Join Bedford County Extension for May Marathon Month. It's free, it's fun and it's motivating! Get out of the house and go walk to benefit your health, lose weight or relieve stress.

Anyone is welcome to join, so challenge your friends, your family and your children to walk a marathon or half marathon next month.
