Haven’t been on here for a while and a lot has changed! I moved back home to Florida and teach at a new school! I really miss my former students but I’m excited to be back home with family and friends. I teach K-8 and love my new little home. I have a great classroom and great kids that bombard me with hugs anytime I walk in the halls. I honestly feel like a celebrity each time I walk into the cafeteria 😅.

We just had Winter Fest, which is a Winter celebration that includes a parade, many local vendors, ice skating, and a juried art show at City Hall that two of my students participated in. This show was something I was in when I went to middle school so it’s very nostalgic and kind of weird feeling. I got to see my high school art teacher and catch up on all the things.

I’m happy to be home :)

We had our county wide art show at the Fly Cultural Center of the Arts and it was a huge success! Bedford county hadn’t had an art show the past two years and we had over 2000 people come view student work! 🎨✨
