Life’s short, smell the flowers, stay active, tell people you love them.
Since you are my rock and my fortress, for the sake of your name lead and guide me.

So thankful for a team of individuals who adopted healthy lifestyle habits and show up to better themselves each week. I couldn’t be more thankful for clients that turn into friends, and soon feel like family. I’m proud of all your hard work and look forward to finishing the year strong!

Client of the week goes to Michael Rudzinski!
Michael has been working out for 5 years now. His coordination and strength have improved tremendously throughout the years. Michael has a huge sweet tooth, and has been disciplined in living a balanced lifestyle, allowing sweets but still hitting his protein goal daily. Progress doesn’t require perfection, but persistence. He started his journey bicep curling 8 lbs, and now holds 35’s! Go Michael!
Water made with banana, peanut butter, and maple syrup! Inspired by Michael’s favorites.

Here’s me trying to hold on to as much muscle as I can & train for a marathon. I took the time to write all the vitamins I’m taking & why they work for me.
Here’s a friendly reminder not to punish your body if you do not stick to your routine. If you over ate today, don’t punish your body by not eating tomorrow. If you didn’t eat enough today, don’t punish your body by indulging tomorrow. If you didn’t get enough water today, don’t punish your body by drinking in excess tomorrow. If you didn’t wake up on time today, wake up on time tomorrow. If you didn’t say no to that cookie today, say no tomorrow. If you didn’t workout today, don’t workout for 3 hours tomorrow. Instead, get back into your normal routine. You keep yo-yoing and not keeping your routine because you punish yourself if you mess up. It’s okay to mess up, it’s okay to fall off. When you get back on, don’t punish your body by over exerting yourself, but simply start your routine again. Make it a habit, a lifestyle. Listen to your body so you know when to rest, and when to work, and what nutrients you need to do so.

Focusing on being mindful & intentional with all my efforts this week. To get closer to my end goal, I’ll be deliberate with my actions this week. Make time for yourself, no one else is going to do it for you.
If you want to change your diet, make better choices. If you want to be more active, get moving. If you want to be more mindful, start journaling. If you want to be a better friend, listen more. Look around you, you’re surrounded by endless choices. Is what you’re choosing right now helping you acheive the goal?
Jill & Jo up and it this morning with a total body workout.

What’s your motivating factor? What’s your drive? What’s your reason? Why do you do it? What result do you expect? What if you don’t get the result you expect?
For me, knowing Jesus died and rose again so I can live is what fuels my fire. Knowing he took the cross for me makes me want to excel. For his name’s sake, and his glory alone, I follow him.
If you’re struggling to stick with your goals & can’t seem to progress, dive deeper into your reason. Find your “why.” Why you do what you do. Where your passion comes from. The results might seem slow, or seemingly none at all. Stay focused even if you don’t get the results you were hoping for. Keep that “why” energy to move you closer to your goal.
Create goals, and find your “why” at Sake. I’ll help you navigate your health journey and create a plan to shape you into the you that you dream of.
