Don't forget! JCPRD will be collecting food for the DeSoto Food Pantry starting Monday in the entryway each morning.

Bins will be labeled by grade so that we can keep track of which grade level will win an "Oreo Party" for the most food donated.

We A.R.E. Eagles and we care about our community! 💚

🥇 Olympic field events (javelin, shot put, and discus!)
🥙 Tasting Greek snacks while listening to traditional Greek music
🏺 Crafting custom pottery and laurel leaf wreaths
🎬 Ending the festivities with a fun movie session watching Hercules

Up next: diving straight into Greek Mythology for our Mt. Olympus scholars! ⚡

💥 Dominoes, marbles, ramps, and science in action! 🤖

Ms. Carlin's 4th graders are wrapping up their science unit on energy transfer by building their very own Rube Goldberg machines! ✨

They’re putting height, collisions, and stored energy to the test in the most creative (and wonderfully chaotic!) ways possible. ⚙️ 🎉
