Rayne and I were having a great time this morning waiting on the bus to arrive. We had a little buddy on the truck this morning.

According to my research (Said in my best Wanda Li voice from The Magic School Bus) this is possibly a Yellow Wooly Bear also known as the Virginian Tiger Moth. This little one snacks on

Dandelion, clover, plantain, garden vegetables and herbs, wild asters, goldenrod, other native forbs plus some woody shrubs when preferred food is scarce.
