We love our annual IB portfolio exchange! Students go back to their former teacher and pick up their IB portfolio. Lots of hugs, giggles and smiles seeing friends, teachers and looking through their portfolios. As an IB school, students use their portfolio to keep work samples from all subjects and then they get to share their work during spring Student Led Conferences.

Back to School & Meet the Teacher (Grades 1st–5th)

What to Expect & Bring
Drop Off Supplies: Bring your student’s school supplies to set them up for success! (If you ordered through Impacks, your kit will already be waiting at school.)
Keep Our Hallways Safe: To help us keep hallways and classrooms clear and safe during drop-off, please remember to take any empty Impacks boxes home with you.
Meet Your Teacher: Stop by the classrooms to meet your teachers and check out the learning space!
Playground Fun & Cookies: Head out to the playground to say hello to our Specials teachers and enjoy a cookie!
Mauka Shaved Ice: Treat yourself! Mauka Shaved Ice will be on-site, so be sure to buy a refreshing shaved ice treat while you are here.

We can't wait to see all of our Trailblazer families back in the building!

Kindergarten Back to School & Meet the Teacher

To give families dedicated time to connect with classroom teachers, we are hosting our Kindergarten Back to School/Meet the Teacher event during the morning on Tuesday, August 11th.
Teacher assignments will be sent out on the morning of August 6th, but all meeting times will follow the schedule below:

Group 1 (Last Names A–I): 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Group 2 (Last Names J–R): 9:45 AM – 10:15 AM
Group 3 (Last Names S–Z): 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Please enter through the main front entrance of Range View to check in with the office when you arrive!
Your child's teacher is so excited to meet you, connect faces with names, and sit down to chat about their incredible personalities, daily transportation plans, and more. Please bring student school supplies with you to unpack (if you ordered through Impacks, your kit will already be waiting in the classroom). To help keep our hallways and classrooms clear and safe, please remember to take all empty Impacks boxes home with you after unpacking.
Note on Afternoon Events: Kindergarten families do not need to attend the afternoon session (3:00 PM – 4:30 PM) on August 11th. However, please do still come during that time if you are accompanying older siblings to drop off their supplies and meet their teachers!

Hello Range View Incoming Kindergarten Trailblazers!

In order to give families a bit more focused time with classroom teachers, we will be hosting the Kindergarten Back to School/Meet the Teacher event during the day on August 11th. You will hear from your classroom teacher on the morning of August 6th so that you know what teacher you will be meeting with, but all times will be the same:

Kindergarten Back to School/Meet the Teacher times:
August 11, 2026
Group 1 (A-I): 9:00-9:30
Group 2 (J-R): 9:45-10:15
Group 3 (S-Z): 10:30-11:00

Range View was fortunate to send 9 people to the IB Global Conference in Denver. It was an incredible opportunity to learn, network with other IB educators from around the world and spend time with one another. We are walking away with new knowledge and energized to start the year!

Range View partnered with Generation Wild to create fence art that shares the Take Your Brain Out message. We hope this art excites and inspires
families to get outside this summer! Thank you to students in Mrs. Fitzpatrick's class, Mrs. Jackson's class, Mrs. Daniels' class & Mrs. Mann's class for helping to build the fence. Enjoy your summer outdoors!

🎶 A beautiful note to end the year on! 🎶

Violet and the Wilkey family presented Mr. Brink with a stunning, handmade Treble Clef art piece. Our 5th-grade students all signed it as a heartfelt thank you for the amazing job he has done as the music teacher here at Range View Elementary! 🎨✏️
