One of our many services is Nanny care… we have a family that we love very much and they have some amazing kiddos, the youngest (he’s 3 and we’ve been around since he was 1 month old) loves when we have our “play dates” (because we don’t consider these jobs.) Well he loves us by the middle and end of our time together but the starts are rough on some days lol (there’s a friend under that blue lump lol)

The weather in GA was cold and there was a request for Veggie Beef Soup…so I got all the necessities… then GA had a warm day on Saturday… But today was cold enough again. This huge Dutch oven full and I only have enough for maybe a lunch serving.

Coming up with meals for clients can be tricky. What if they don’t like it? What if it doesn’t go as planned? Meal boards and communication are a must when planning.

So here at YLLH we find recipes and we try them in our kitchen before it’s made in yours.

Tonight we had Parmigiana Gnocchi and Pancetta Soup (pictured) with Roast Bites (not pictured).
It was very delicious
