When you are a giver but you feel like have you been wronged, the tendency is to protect and push away.

Yet, when this happens there are still feelings of frustration and even guilt or shame that continually surface when you see that person or experience something similar.

But what if you tried something new?

What if instead of avoiding and deflecting, you zoomed out a little bit and looked at the same situation with a little less concentration on what happened and a little more concentration on why you think you still need to feel that way towards that person or circumstance?

What if you could look at it with a little more focus on what you are supposed to be learning from the experience?

What if you could see the pain the other person was experiencing as well?

What if you could see that person as doing the best they could with the tools and skills they had at the time?

And what if you were to see the situation a little differently so that you could find some forgiveness towards YOURSELF for having to experience so much pain and resentment for so long?

Would you be able to forgive yourself? And would you be able to forgive them because you forgave yourself?

Have you ever even thought twice about what water means to you?

How easily accessible it is now?

It has kind of numbed us to the fact that water is our most precious commodity and blended it into just something we ALWAYS have.

This isn't a post preaching about pollution and all the s**t in the water.

Its a post about you becoming more aware of yourself and how critical water is to your system.

If you actually knew how much value water has in your life you would start to become healthier and start to do things that are more empowering to yourself.

How you say?

Well, if you are more present with the water you are drinking then you will naturally become more aware your body and how its feeling and because of that you will do more things to help you feel good.

"And where your attention goes energy will flow"
