I love living in Arizona! Today is December 9, and I just harvested kale, cabbage, bok choy, and these big purple things that I have no idea what these are. And I only cut one or two leaves from the outside of all of the plants. I barely touched the garden.đ¤Šđđđđźđ¤

Dear Ones,
Iâve been supporting a group of women in writing a collaborative book that will be published next spring, and we would love your help with the title!
I am so excited about the material weâll be sharing. We include stories from leaders in Yoga, holistic healing, and spirituality.
I'm playing with a couple of titles for this book:
â¤ď¸ Unbreakable Spirit: 18 Stories of Feminine Resilience, Blessings, and Renewal.
â¤ď¸ Feminine Resilience: 18 Stories of Unbreakable Spirit, Blessings, and Renewal
â¤ď¸ Celebrating the Resilient Feminine: 18 Stories of Unbreakable Spirit, Blessings, and Renewal
Would love to know your favorite, or to hear any suggestions! (Please LMK in the comments below.)
AND... CALL FOR AUTHORS:
We have a few spaces remaining in the book for those who would like to apply. You must have a strong story to tell ~ primarily of overcoming challenges to grow into the resilient being you are today. You must be ready to write an awesome story with my support or to be interviewed and have us write the chapter for you. You must be excited about collaborating with a group of authentic, committed women to learn the back end of marketing, publishing, and best-seller campaigns.
(Bonus ~ being featured in a best-seller such as this provides great visibility for your message and is excellent preparation for speaking on podcasts or becoming an independent author in the future.)
To apply: Please please PM me with your name, a 50 to 100 word bio or a link to your website, and why you are inspired to share your story with the wider public. Note that there is a fee to participate in order to cover our costs and the mentoring you will receive, and you must have an interview with me to determine if you are a good fit.
I look forward to hearing from you!

**A story from my recent trip to Italy... My Italian Train Strike! **
âCancellato.â
Thus read the screen next to my 5pm train listing.
I was heading back to Santa Marguerita Ligure, where my luggage and comfy bed awaited about an hour away. Despite my lack of Italian, âCancellatoâ wasnât hard to translate.
âCanceled.â
My body froze as I struggled to make sense of the situation. My stomach dropped as I realized I had made a big mistake in taking the train to Levanto earlier that afternoon.
When I had arrived that morning to buy my ticket, the windows were closed, with a paper sign that read, âScopero,â (âStrikeâ).
Yet trains had been running all morning, and riders were coming and going calmly. The automated ticket machines were working fine.
âWell,â I thought to myself. âEverything seems to be running smoothly.â
And so, I bought the ticket.
Looking back now several hours later, I wondered. âSurely they wouldnât sell me a round trip ticket if they knew I couldnât get back?â
âSurely they wonât let a foreigner, who doesnât speak Italian, and has been in the country for less than 48 hours, get on the train south with no car, no taxi number, no family or friends in the country, a barely working phone, and no way to get back to my little home base with my suitcases and rented sheets and towels for the night?â
âThey wouldnât do that⌠would they?â
But clearly, they had.

My Italian Train Strike, Friendship and Connection Amidst Chaos - Divine Feminine Yoga
I had been in Italy barely 48 hours when I became stranded in an Italian train strike, unable to get back to my rented room. I needed to draw on all my yogic powers of breath, mindset, and presence to stay grounded and calm through this experience. Ultimately, I made it home, learning much about hum...
