cost. That landed me in the ER, where a friend (now LMT) massaging my neck and a chiro adjustment was the only thing that helped remove the intense vertigo and nausea I was experiencing. Slowly but surely since 2015, that wakeup call lead me back home to myself via massive life, career and identity change. I learned how to ask my body for my own answers and got really, really good at the art of speaking my truth. Because of that inevitable transformation, I’m honored to hold safe space for all of the beautiful, wild details that make you YOU. I enjoy the challenge of unlocking body mechanics, muscle tension, thought patterns, and injuries while doing so in a relaxing, trance inducing dance of movement and conversation. A perfect blend of science + intuition! My mission is to provide a supportive, intuitive, radically honest experience for you to make physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual changes that reflect more of who you really are – vibrant, powerful, passionate, grounded, loving, purposeful, adventurous, wild, sacred, and maybe even a little weird! Away from the massage table, you’ll find me living and feeling deeply—dancing, hiking or trail running through the Red Rocks, being outside in the sunshine, traveling back home to Montana or around the globe, and loving on my favorite humans, horses, and anyone else’s dog that wants to say hi!
