How does your garden grow? I’m thankful for my hubby that maps out the garden, while I frantically plant starts and seeds. I’m excited about our extended garden this year. I just need to place our pepper plants throughout. I’m hoping for a lot of canning in my future.

I’m excited to see a second round of games pineapples coming up. We really enjoyed dehydrating them this year. I’ll have pineapple and Jackfruit for sale soon. Enjoy walking out in your yard and being able to have a delicious snack or add to your dinner rotation. We love pineapple salsa and jackfruit bbq.

Todays a beautiful day in our garden. I prepped my big garden bed for my brassicas. I’ve been working on the soil for a couple of years. I’m excited to see how it looks this year.

Sorry for 👻 there for a bit. We had something traumatic happen and I’ve been trying to dig ourselves out of the muck. But here I am, smiling, striving and thriving. When things get tough, I go out into nature. I’m quickly reminded that everything will work out. I passed my last teacher certification test, a total of nine tests! The boys are gearing up for another year of homeschooling. My star fruit tree that I planted from a seed is producing fruit! My guavas are huge and smell delicious. My mango tree outgrew me. I’m working to get our fall garden started and keep expanding. What’s your favorite fall vegetable?

Time to start our root crops! We have several varieties of beets and carrots. I swear by a glass of beet, carrot and orange juice daily. Keeps you well!
