Current & Past Members ‼️ did you borrow an FFA jacket, tie, or scarf and forget to return it? Now is your chance to return those items and help us out! We have many new members competing in opening & closing ceremonies next week that need uniform pieces! Please drop off with any ag teacher at the Analy campus.

If you are a past Sebastopol FFA member who would like to donate your jacket to our closet, we will gladly accept those donations as well 😊

Last week our Sebastopol FFA Chapter Officers attended COLC (Chapter Officer Leadership Conference) at the SRJC Shone Farm. Each officer went through a series of workshops learning different leadership skills and talking with Chapter Officers from different FFA Chapters to find more ideas to bring back to our chapter. The Sebastopol FFA Chapter Officers had a lot of fun learning leadership and team building! They also participated in the COLC lip sync/Dance contest!

Look at what our Intro to Ag Classes have been doing that last couple of weeks! They are diving right in learning about everything FFA! They just finished up learning about all the parts of the FFA emblem. For one of their projects in this unit, they each made edible FFA emblems and they turned out amazing! We can’t wait to see what else these amazing Intro to Ag students do through out the year! 💙💛

Last week we had our first after school Sebastopol FFA chapter meeting! At this meeting, we heard from our committee chair applicants and voted! Played a fun game of Kickball and enjoyed some great pizza while socializing and having fun! It was a great participation turn out and we can’t wait for more fun meetings to come! Hope to see you all again at the next chapter meeting! 💙💛

SEBASTOPOL FFA TRI-TIP BBQ TIME!!! Help support Sebastopol FFA members in the purchase of a Tri-Tip BBQ meal! The funds that are made from this fundraiser, will be put towards the members who will be attending the 2026 National FFA Convention in Indianapolis. To purchase, you can contact a Sebastopol FFA member or scan the QR code on the flyer!
All orders will need to be in by October 7th. The drive thru pick up event will be held on October 13th at Analy High School

This past week, 16 of our members attended the Redwood Region Resource Rally in Scotia, CA. Our members went on a handful of industry tours in the area of forestry and production agriculture. They learned about how to measure trees, fly drones, and visited the fisheries. In addition they explored the dairy industry, auction yards, and toured the College of the Redwoods school farm. Each of our members who attended had a great amount of fun learning about the industry’s and all the jobs with in!

We had two Sebastopol FFA Members John Justus and Ryan Saldana exhibit at the Mendocino County Fair and Apple Show!

John Justus:
John showed 3 does at the fair, Jackie, Barbara and Musterseed are the names of his goats.
- Jackie was 1st in her breeding class
- Barbara was 3rd in her breeding class
- Mustardseed was 5th in her breeding class
John Justus also exhibited breeding rabbits, Cavy’s and poultry:

1st place in Small Animal Round Robin!
