In this video, I walk through the exact approach I’m going back to—the same framework that helped me lose 50 pounds previously. I go into detail on what I’ll be focusing on over the coming months, what I’m changing, and how I’m thinking about this next phase. ✨

Here’s the scoop:

Rebounding increases the force of gravity on your body, creating a muscle stimulus with every bounce. This helps build muscle density, supports a healthy metabolism, and helps you burn more body fat.

Think outside the gym, especially if your feet are tired 😅💪

This full-body rebounding move especially targets the front of the body, including the jaw, chest, front shoulders, abs, hip flexors, and quads, but it also relies heavily on the muscles of the back 👏🔥

This is strength training without the gym, except you also get balance, immunity, and flexibility when you train like this 🏆

Every rep (bounce) increases the weight of gravity, strengthening your cells fast. Progressive overload simply happens as you get better and stronger at the moves. Consistency is the first and most important jump…step 😉

Can I really build all of my muscles on a rebounder? Absolutely 💯 But you have to train with proper form, quality equipment, and a plan of action, just like in the gym. What we love about jumping instead is that it’s an all-in-one fitness experience, meaning you get cardio training, strength training, and stretching all in one piece of equipment ☝️ and, as a bonus, immunity with the lymphatic system being pumped profusely 💦

“The rebounder was there, so I jumped on it. 💪

If you want your man to jump instead, keep the rebounder accessible—and make sure it’s a good-quality rebounder for him. If he tries it and doesn’t like how it feels, he won’t keep using it. But if it feels good, he’ll come back to it again and again.

The Cellerciser is my favorite. The ladies also have a JumpSport 350 Pro, a 550 Pro, and 2 BCAN options—I’ve tried them all. I also prefer a handlebar attached. I’m here to work out, not mess around trying to find my balance.

I’m feeling stronger and noticing less pain by the week. I’m now fully committed and have already posted 2 workouts on their YouTube channel—one free and one paid.

My BEST tips for the Squat Bounce:

• Sit back into your heels, keeping your feet fully connected, and push into the mat 🔥
• Keep your glutes and pelvic floor engaged 💪
• Keep your chest lifted and your lats engaged ✏️
• Repeat 3–10 interval sets (10–15 seconds pushing / 10–15 seconds lymphatic pump recovery) 🏆

We jump instead on rebounders (resistance mats). 🏆

Not only do acceleration, deceleration, and G-force strengthen our muscles through bouncing, but we also actively push into the resistance mat with moves like the Squat Bounce shown here. Holding the handlebar for stability, we dig deep into our legs, glutes, and core to build incredible lower-body strength. 🔥

We train the upper body the same way. By bouncing upright and intentionally contracting our muscles—such as holding a double front bicep flex—we strengthen our arms beautifully and completely. 💪

Rebounding, working with gravity—not against it—paired with isometrics, built my body from the ground up.

I went from carrying 50 extra pounds and very little muscle to building what I now call my Trophy Body. Along the way, I also embraced a starch-based way of eating that supported my energy, consistency, and fat loss.

Back in 2019, we 👯‍♀️ were creating our very first rebounding program and needed names for all the moves that we had developed over the years.

One move had us standing and bouncing while lifting our arms into a strong Y shape. We firmed up our arms, tightened our core, engaged our thighs, and held everything tight.

We looked at each other and said, “This should be called the Trophy Pose.”
