The Taste Cooks Stage on July 3rd was fun. I was cooking head-to-head with Chef Travis McIntyre from the Choppin It Up with Chefy from Tacoma. The three secret ingredients were: pork shoulder, ginger and shiitake. In 20 minutes, I was able to finished on time. My inspiration dishes in that moment, cooking under pressure and limit ingredients this is the menu I created.
