Carbon pricing schemes put a price on the very air that we breathe - commodifying the nature that we all have a right to. It violates Mother Earth and Father Sky and perpetuates the theft of Indigenous Peoples’ land and territories.
Indigenous Peoples in the global south have been protecting lands and forests for thousands of years, but carbon offsets are threatening to tear them apart

Moderated by USIPC director Tom K. Wong, this conference will feature four panels of speakers representing experts in the law, politics, policy, and advocacy surrounding climate displaced persons, including:
