Yowzers!! Shoulder day was definitely a challenge! Those swimmers get me every time. I started with 10’s and had to drop to 8’s my last round. Love a good challenge and even though I’ve done this program twice before it’s still kicking my butt!

Another program finished! I am really liking the new format of 3 week programs because you feel accomplished when you are finished and if you have to take a day off or two you can still finish each one within the month.
