As Alpha Kappa Alpha well over a century of sisterhood and service, the members of Delta Upsilon Omega Chapter continue to seek out new ways to remove socioeconomic, health, and education disparities within our community. There’s a special kind of glow when Alpha Kappa Alpha women walk into worship together. A pew filled with pearls, purpose, and prayer is a reminder that sisterhood is not just lived — it’s lifted.

We didn’t just attend church. We claimed it as Pink Sunday. We showed up in unity, in gratitude, and in service.

Sundays hit different when you’re surrounded by Sorority Sisters who believe in faith, fellowship, and the power of collective praise.

Thank you to the Seattle NPHC and the Seattle Mariners for inviting us to celebrate African American Heritage Day at T-Mobile Park. It was an incredible day honoring Black culture, history, and community while bringing people together through the power of baseball.

The celebration was made even more meaningful with Steelheads Sunday, recognizing the legacy of the Seattle Steelheads and the Negro Leagues while highlighting the lasting contributions of Black athletes to our national pastime.
And can we talk about those jerseys?

Members of Delta Upsilon Omega looked amazing representing in their Seattle Steelheads jerseys! ⚾🖤💛 It was a day filled with pride, community, connection, and celebration.

For seven shimmering days in Las Vegas, the women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® — Delta Upsilon Omega Chapter, moved with grace, purpose, and that unmistakable sisterly glow.

We soared through sessions and service, we poured into the communities with intention, and we celebrated our sisterhood in every smile, every embrace, every moment of connection.

It was a week woven with brilliance — busy, beautiful, and bursting with purpose. And now, as the lights of international conference fade, we roll the tape back… to savor the sparkle, honor the work, and reflect on a truly fabulous gathering of women who soar.
