Hey there! This mom wanted to get back to a place of comfort and confidence. When she started with us she was eating about 1800 calories and we were able to reverse her up to 2625 calories before going into a deficit to achieve these results. She works extremely hard and is 100% dedicated to achieving a life long positive relationship with food and getting to a place of never having to diet again.

Weight loss doesn’t have to be just about the number. This lady has eaten over 2700 calories at one point in our program. She lifts heavy and is extremely consistent. This photo proves that scale is not the only thing to pay attention too when it comes to weight loss.

Too many times we make resolutions to please others or to get more comments and likes? 😭
I believe if more of us make resolutions because WE want too that we would be more successful in achieving these resolutions. 😇
Pick yourself for the right reasons, become engulfed and happy with what you’re doing and you’ll be amazed at the results you will see. 😁

Mind blowing!! Can you think of another way to express what you see? 🤯
All the credit in the world to this young lady, when Amy came to us she was eating an average 1500 calories which is equivalent to what a 5-7yr old eats on average. 👶‼️‼️
We increased her food to over 2500 calories using our Reverse method and she’s down 25 lbs to date. This process has nothing to do with age, lifestyle, where you workout etc, it has everything to do with fueling our bodies properly and doing so consistently. ⛽️🍔🥗🥪🍕-

The art of filling your macros! 🖼️
To master this skill, have a list of foods from each macro, this will allow for a a couple things:💪
Makes pre tracking a lot easier
Gives you a reference when you need to cap off your day
Instead of banging your head against the wall every day pay attention to: 💀
Which meals have the most fat?
Are you having all your fat in one meal or do you need to balance it with other meals throughout the day?🤔🤔
Which foods contribute to the least amount of carbs? Is there room to increase the portion of those foods?🤔🤔
Do you eat an even amount of protein throughout all my meals? If not, identify where you can add more so your not playing catch up at the end of the day.🤔🤔

Most clients hate taking pictures, but once we realize we’re not defined by the number on the scale we can go back and look at our progress. The scale didn’t move much for this client during the reverse but we got her up to 2200 calories. She started with a 200 calorie mini cut and here we are a couple weeks into it and she’s down 5 lbs overall and leaning out.
