Today is one of the most significant healing days of the entire year. ✨

The Aries New Moon is here, and sitting at its heart is a Chiron Cazimi (the last one in Aries for the next 50 years). Chiron is known as the Wounded Healer, and in Aries, he’s been asking us to heal the wound of self: the belief that we’re too much, not enough, or don’t have the right to begin.

I’m in Arizona this week for a wedding, soaking up the heat and sunshine. And I’m working with this cosmic energy for some grief healing I need right now.

Here’s how to tap into today’s breakthrough energy:

📓 Journal your intentions (go big, Aries doesn’t do small)

Taking an easy Monday morning in Lisbon, Portugal 🇵🇹 😎 ☕️.
Rested deeply last night after a couple of rough nights of jetlag in Amsterdam.

We're relaxing and tending to my husband's burnout. 4 days into a 2 week European vacation. Focusing in on Being Present, one day at a time, gratitude 🙏 and local beauty in all we see and experience!

“Rest is the conversation between what we love to do and how we love to be.” - David Whyte

The professionals I work with don’t struggle with laziness. They struggle with not knowing when enough is enough. Rest isn’t what you do when everything is done. Rest is what allows you to show up whole for what matters.

This week, instead of asking “What do I still need to finish?” try asking “What kind of rest is calling me right now?”

“Balance is bullsh*t.”

That’s what my client said nine months ago. He was convinced it was a false construct, completely unreal.

Today? He’s a true believer. He realized that without balance, there’s no agency. And what felt like a convenient victim mentality was actually keeping him stuck. His focus for 2026: expansion with balance.

Sometimes it takes work to find balance. But it’s real. And it changes everything.
