Summer salads on a lazy Sunday. Heirloom Tomatoes with burrata, fresh Basil, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of Basil Olive Oil from Gourmet California Olive Oils

Also fresh orange, roasted cauliflower and fennel, with salt, pepper, fennel fronds, orange zest, and a drizzle of olive oil and a Satsuma vinegar. The fruit and veggies were from my Jeannie Girl Veggie Box delivery this past week.

Delish!

My super power (or toxic trait LOL): my ability to turn every meal in to an event. Ha. Cooking for my book group tonight and I have 7 dishes and 3 wines going on. And -IF I have time - I will be baking favors. But that may not happen with timing.
