Wish Virginia and her teammates good luck as they prepare for the first round of the Arkansas state soccer tournament tomorrow. There’s nothing better than playing a sport you love with people you love while maintaining good habits

For Virginia, her passion for stewardship stems from her personal faith. She believes Earth’s intricacy and complexity are something worth celebrating and conserving.

“Not only should we be caring for the Earth, but we should explore it and learn about it,” she said. “There is so much beauty to see in the world—evidence of a Creator.”

Last week, Virginia and a team of her Spanish classmates had the incredible opportunity to serve communities near Curahuasi, Perú. Through Rooted in Grace and Love Missions, they delivered backpacks filled with school supplies, shared meals, spread the Gospel, and strengthened their Spanish along the way.

We love watching our girl love others and lead boldly wherever she goes! 🇵🇪

If you know our sweet Ava Sophia, you know that there is no one who better exemplifies the Spirit of DYW. Last night she received a $2,000 scholarship to prove it! We are so proud of you!!!
