I am Caitlin and I am a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in beginner yoga, as well as a 20-Hour Certified Yin Yoga Teacher. 🧘‍♀️⁣

My passion is introducing yoga through a trauma informed lens into the lives of those who struggle with stress and anxiety. ❤️⁣

Some non-yoga facts about me: I hold a bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences from SUNY Stony Brook, I have 13 years experience in Corporate America, and I’m also a musician and a figure skater. ⛸ ⁣

I love my pets (3 dogs and 3 cats), horror movies, metal music, stand up comedy, chilling on the couch streaming TV shows (Bravo Real Housewives super fan, here!) and I have a very large crystal collection. 🔮 ⁣
