Men’s Retreat Invitation
First, I want to give thanks and deep gratitude to my daughter, Tara, who shared this event while I was deep in the jungles of Peru, expanding my own healing work.

Now that I’m back, I’m putting this out personally—because this retreat means a lot to me.

This isn’t just a weekend getaway. It’s the embodiment of a vision I’ve carried for over seven years—ever since I began doing men’s work and diving into my own growth. Helping men connect with themselves and each other has become one of my deepest passions. Now, that vision is coming to life—at the river, with good men, doing the real work together.

This retreat is being co-facilitated by myself, Jimmie, and Tony—three men committed to walking this path and creating a space where others can do the same.

Dates: July 25–27
Location: Brinnon, WA (on the beautiful Duckabush River)
Arrive evening of the 25th
Full day experience on the 26th
Depart by noon on the 27th

Cost: $395 – includes camping, meals, and all workshops
Sliding scale available – No man will be turned away due to money

This retreat is for men who are ready to:
• Build real brotherhood
• Ground themselves through cold plunges
• Learn tools to use in real-life challenges
• Be heard without judgment
