Courtney's Crowns for Downs Courtney's Crowns for Downs began in 2012. The concept of Courtney Morton to provide crowns and tiaras to area special needs prom.

Courtney Morton, a 15 year old Sophomore at Allen County Scottsville High School began Courtney's Crowns for Downs in 2012. She raises money and takes donations to provide crowns and tiaras for local special needs prom. All proceeds raised above that needed to purchase tiaras and crowns is donated to Buddy House of South Central Kentucky where Courtney volunteers.
