Your brain's salience network is constantly scanning your environment, filtering for what's relevant to your goals and beliefs.
When you expose it to evidence that your goal is achievable, it stops treating that goal as a fantasy and starts treating it as a logical next step.
The most practical thing you can do today to change your future isn't meditate more. It's curate better inputs.
Who are you surrounding yourself with? What are you reading? What stories are you feeding your brain?

"Can I?" invites doubt. "How do I?" invites solutions.
This shift is available to you right now... before you feel ready, before you have all the answers.
You are more capable than the story you've been telling yourself.

May is a bittersweet month.
While we celebrate Mike and his birthday on the 26th, it also holds the birthdays of people I love who are no longer here to celebrate with us.
My mom, who would have turned 101, and my youngest son, who would have been 44.
Not a day goes by that I don’t feel their presence. I carry them with me into everything I do.
I’ve found that the best way to honor the ones we’ve lost is to love the ones still with us even harder. Take the pictures. Tell them what they mean to you.
You don’t get these moments back, but you do get to carry them forever ❤️
