As we continue celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month, today we’re highlighting Lisa Santana, Regional Director with Cadence Education.
I’m Lisa Santana, a Regional Director with Cadence Education, overseeing schools in Florida. I joined Cadence through an acquisition in 2022, and since then, my role has continued to grow along with my passion for supporting our schools, leaders, teachers, children, and families. What I love most about what I do is developing strong leaders and teams while helping create schools where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
As a Cuban American, Hispanic Heritage Month is especially meaningful to me because it’s a time to celebrate the culture, traditions, and values that have shaped who I am. Family, hard work, resilience, music, food, and the traditions passed down through generations are all such an important part of my heritage. I’m proud to carry those values with me, not only in my personal life, but also in the way I lead and connect with the diverse teams and families I have the privilege of serving every day.
Thank you, Lisa, for sharing what Hispanic Heritage Month means to you!
