Well…we took a little sabbatical. Guess who’ll be showing up on your feed again. 💁🏻‍♀️

Last night I met up with friends that I’ve known for over a decade and they said to me “Sarah, are you high…how are you so chill?!” Haha I laughed and responded “No, I ain’t high…you’ve just never seen me with so much peace in my life”. It was one of the greatest compliments I’ve gotten in a long time. Hahah

Reason being is my life wasn’t always like this, I had to unlearn so many things from my childhood, my own past and traumas.

To set boundaries, to say no to people’s chaos, to practice discernment and protect others by regulating my nervous system. To feel good with exactly who I am, flaws and all. Being comfortable in my skin, loving my body, my curves, my imperfections as a human being. When you stop and take the time to work on yourself and truly see what’s holding you back…then and only then will someone say to you “are you high or is this just your new normal” 😂
