Honored to be one of four local professionals sharing at Beyond Words: A Somatic Resource Night for Therapists.

I’ll be sharing a short sound bath experience along with a simple sound-based technique therapists can use as an in-the-moment regulation tool — for themselves or with clients.

This free evening is an opportunity to step out of the therapist role for a moment, reconnect with your own body and nervous system, and experience a few different approaches to somatic and energy-based wellness.

Some little ones leave footprints on our hearts that last forever. 🤍 As a bereaved mother myself I know the ache of loss and the desire to acknowledge and honor the memory of your child.

Join me for Forever in Our Hearts Remembrance, a gentle, supportive creative space for anyone grieving the loss of a baby or child.

Whether your loss was through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant or child loss, you are welcome here. We’ll take some time to remember, reflect, and create a meaningful piece of art or a remembrance craft in honor of your little one.

There is no timeline for grief, and there is no right or wrong way to remember. This is simply a space to honor the love that remains.

Come slow down, get creative, and make something beautiful with me!

I’m bringing Happy Hope Wellness to Northern D'Lights for a cozy Pressed Flower Art Make & Take on September 22nd from 5:30–7:30 PM.

You’ll get to choose your own creation from a variety of pressed-flower projects .... from framed art and glass lanterns to bookmarks, gift tags, and more. Most items are $5-$10, with lanterns priced at $15.

No experience needed. All materials are provided. Just come as you are and enjoy an afternoon of creativity, nature, and connection.
