Before we can dive into the bigger transformation during a VIP Day, we might discover accounts that need untangling, files that need organizing, permissions that need sorting out, or other digital housekeeping that needs attention first.

What can we actually accomplish during a VIP Day? A LOT.

During a recent VIP Day, we had 6 hours together, including a few breaks, and tackled so many pieces of this client’s Google Workspace setup.

We:
💻 Set up Chrome profiles across multiple accounts
📅 Connected Zoom and calendars to simplify scheduling
⚙️ Updated Admin settings to make sharing easier
👀 Shared calendars so everything could be viewed in one place
🔗 Connected his calendar with his CRM
📁 Created Shared Drives for multiple businesses so his team can access what they need while keeping proprietary information protected

What if Google Drive could help organize itself?

Two of the newest Google Workspace updates caught my attention:
📁 Suggest File Moves: Gemini can look at the content of your files and your current folder structure, then suggest where those files belong.
✨ Ask Gemini about a folder: Need the big picture? Ask Gemini for an overview of the files inside a folder. Looking for something specific? Ask Gemini to help you find the file you need.

Anything that helps us spend less time searching and organizing files gets my attention!
