One of my most recent passions has become travel and I am officially a travel agent! After this school year, I will be facing a huge transition and it was important for me to tap into some passions that have been patiently waiting in the background. I’m not sure what the future holds but I’m excited!

Let’s talk about good ole purity culture. I was stuck in it HEAVY during college up until the height of the pandemic. While there was a lot of growth during that time, as I look back there was also a lot of fear, idolatry, and self-righteousness. I thought I was THE Christian girl because I was abstaining, but it was all for the wrong reasons.

Fast forward to the present and I’m still dealing with the aftermath of being so heavily involved in that culture. As a grown woman, I still struggle with having healthy thoughts about s*x and being comfortable and confident with my decisions pertaining to s*x.

In this season of life, I’m committed to renewing my mind and being bold in my stance. Let the journey continue!

April Reminders.

This season I’ve been extremely silent. Mainly because I honestlydon’t know what to do with The Emerging Adult. 🫣
It’s been extremely difficult being at such a standstill. I ended on such a high note at the end of 2023, just to be stuck. It’s super frustrating to want to create but having no idea of where to start.

I invite you to join me for the next 30 days as I just get back to the basics to figure out who I am in this season and what that means for The Emerging Adult. This next month may look messy, vulnerable, scary, new, and all of those other things to blossom into something beautiful.

I don’t know what’s going to be on the other side of this but I’m excited!

As I realized Christmas was quickly approaching, my automatic response was “Let me find a little boo thang for the season”. Who doesn’t want somebody to sip hot cocoa with and go look at Christmas lights with?
