The foundation of the styles Snake, Crane, Dragon, Phoenix, Monkey, Tiger and others is the ancient Kung Fu system, which originally included all the variety of techniques from which many modern branches later evolved. It is fair to say that each of these styles has its own character, strengths, and unique qualities. Therefore, it is impossible to choose a single “champion” among them when opponents are equal in skill.
Wing Chun, for example, is a combination of Crane and Snake.
The strength of the Snake lies in precise, lightning-fast strikes aimed at vulnerable points and soft tissues. It is especially powerful in close-range combat.
The Crane, on the other hand, is characterized by wide, sweeping movements and more often operates at long distance, using its “wings” like a deadly windmill.
These two styles act as allies. When the Crane closes the distance and approaches the opponent, the Snake takes over. In this way, they naturally give space to one another, forming a single, harmonious pattern of victory.

For people who like to stay in bed a little longer in the morning.
I don’t enjoy getting up suddenly.
When my alarm goes off, the first thing I want is not to jump out of bed, but to relax for another fifteen minutes. It feels unnatural to get up right away and start rushing into the day.
I let myself have those 15 minutes and try to make them pleasant and useful. I do a small self-massage — I rub my hands together until they feel warm, then gently massage my neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and knees. This simple routine helps me wake up without stress and fills me with warmth and lightness.
And if you can, try to let your thoughts go. Don’t think about anything. Just breathe and feel your body slowly waking up.

One of the distinctive features of Wing Chun techniques is the serious focus on wrist work.
There are many exercises aimed at developing sensitivity, strength, and mobility in the wrists, hands, and fingers.
As a result, it serves as excellent prevention for anyone who works at a computer and may face the unpleasant effects of carpal tunnel syndrome.
