Little Geniuses LLC is looking for experienced preschool teachers to lead our wonderful little geniuses at our Lakewood Ranch location. Our curriculum incorporates STEM methodologies to prepare children for the future.

STEM is a curriculum based on the idea of educating students in four specific disciplines- Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics-- in an interdisciplinary and applied approach.

Required

Successful completion of 45 hr state requirement courses
High School Diploma- CDA/CDAE/FCCPC/or higher
CPR/First Aid Certificate
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an early childhood setting
FBI/FDLE/Local Background Check
Current Physical

Bilingual is a plus
Must be flexible regarding duties (ex. working with different age groups)

Little Geniuses LLC is looking for experienced preschool teacher assistants to lead our wonderful little geniuses in our Lakewood Ranch location. Our curriculum incorporates STEM methodologies to prepare children for the future.

STEM is a curriculum based on the idea of educating students in four specific disciplines — science, technology, engineering and mathematics — in an interdisciplinary and applied approach.

Responsibilities:

Work additional hours on school holidays and breaks (for example spring break, Presidents day, etc.).
Assist with summer camp.
Must be flexible with schedule as needed on school breaks and summer break.
Flexible and able to go on field trips during school and summer breaks as scheduled. Sometimes these can be all day trips.
Able to maintain and clean classroom to ensure safe and healthy environment for children and staff
Assist in monitoring children's playtime and activities
Serve meals and snacks to children
Requirements :

Must meet 45 hour State of Florida DCF mandatory childcare training requirements within 1 year of hire. We will assist with payment for your training requirements.
Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 6 months of hire. (Little Geniuses LLC offers on-site training for CPR/First Aid every 6 months).

We are anticipating to stay open during our normal hours today and tomorrow. We are monitoring the storm and tracking all updates. We have open communication through ClassDojo, Facebook, and email. Everyone be careful on travels to pick up today and drop off tomorrow. Stay safe!
