I have some really sad news. For those of you that had the pleasure of working PAL Football in the early 2000s Eddie Starling was the commissioner. He was also the Head Coach and one of the men behind the Bradenton Gladiators in the beginning. Today Eddie passed away. He was a great man, mentor, and leader in our community. He will truly be missed.

Texas high school football player charged with assault for hitting referee Edinburg CISD said in a statement on Friday that it is investigating the player's actions. He was later arrested on an assault charge.
