This Sunday Jan 14 is an AMAZING event in Ft Lauderdale, Florida Flow Fest 2024 - Ft Lauderdale.

I usually attend and have been for the last 10 or so years. I won’t be able to this weekend but I do have a discount code if you wanna go, just shoot me a message or reply here.

Check out the workshop schedule. All kinds of dance, movement and prop workshops. It’s perfect if there are some you just wanna dabble and check out because they’re all outdoors and it’s easy to just walk in and out of workshops happening, or stand back and observe before joining. Not to mention just an extraordinary group of people to meet and witness all there amazing talents! I highly highly recommend.
