Putting in wood fllors in a Lakewood Ranch home. Love this look in a kitchen.

Still trying to figure out Facebook. Sorry if the grill project was a double post (or maybe I am that proud of it).

The last few weeks we have built an outdoor kitchen for the Luciano family in Lakewood Ranch. First of all, these are GREAT clients, and more importently, friends! They purchased the grill top and we built around it. The first pic indicates what we started with, and the next our result. We built the structure out of PT wood, then encased it in cement board so nothing would rot. The doors are cement board with a cedar texture backed with pvc planks. Eli did a tremendous job blending in the stucco texture to the walls we constructed. Lastly, we sealed the deck with polymeric sand to prevent weeds , then a primo sealer for that wet look. Really proud of the result as well as Eli and Greg.

We built this loft play area at Stage Door Pre-School. It's pretty cool because we built it from the roof trusses down to keep plenty of space on the floor below. It is a variation of the garage shelving we build all the time.

One of the best things we have ever done is in the photo album below. There were some tense moments in the beginning, not knowing if we could do it. But, after the trim started going on, we felt we had done something special.

Been away for a while. First year of kindergarten was a monster! It took all fall to find a routine. This is wahat we have been doing the last six weeks (along with other pics to come later). Hope everyone is well and had a great holiday.
