she didnât just lose 20 lbs
her waist came in, her arms started showing, cellulite smoothed out
and people started noticing
but none of that happened from trying to lose weight as fast as possible
she used to do what most people do
go all in for a few days, try to be perfect, fall off, start over

My client came to me on a GLP1 & was dropping weight quickly⌠but it wasnât the kind of progress you actually want.
Her GLP-1 dose was too high. Appetite was tanked. Energy was low. Weight was dropping fast but not in a way thatâs sustainable.
She was nauseous, not able to eat enough & overall not feeling well.
I told her to go back to the doctor and have them pull the dose back.
Now sheâs still losing, just at a pace her body can actually keep up with. Training is better. Food intake is more consistent. She actually has energy again.
Faster isnât better if you canât maintain it long term and can actually lead to muscle loss if done too fast
If youâre on a GLP-1 (or thinking about starting one), this matters:
You still need to lift.
You still need to eat enough calories and protein.
Otherwise youâre not just losing weight, youâre losing muscle, energy, and the ability to maintain your results long term.
The medication can help but structure is what makes it work.

You need something that actually makes you follow through

She only lost 10 lbs in a yearâŚ
But lost 8 inches off her waist
And no⌠that wasnât the goal she had in mind when we started
She wanted much faster and more weight loss on the scale
But at one point, she wasnât losing even on low calories
And instead of just cutting her food lower (to an unhealthy place) like most people wouldâŚ
we didnât
Because sometimes your body needs a recomp or a rebuild phase before itâs ready for long lasting, healthy fat loss
So we focused on:
â˘Getting her stronger and moving more
â˘Improving her accuracy
â˘How her clothes are fitting
â˘Actually supporting her body and boosting her metabolism instead of constantly under fueling it
Thatâs when everything started shifting
Her shape changed
