Once a Wing Chun student has gained a strong understanding of the first form and the system's basic structures, it is time to learn to move. Chum Kiu teaches how to turn and move the structures, generate power, and delve further into the concepts of Yin and Yang.

Siu Nim Tao is the foundational form of the Wing Chun system. It teaches the practitioner all the basic shapes and structures of the system.
