STPC Needs a Treasurer!

Dear RVMS Families,

Our school's parent club STPC (Student Teacher Parent Council) is in need of a treasurer for the 2026/27 school year. While the search started months ago, they are still without a treasurer. STPC cannot operate without this mandatory officer in place. The students would be grateful for your service.

What will your Falcon be missing out on IF there is no treasurer?

Welcome Back/Fall Dance (Snack Shack) - 9/25/26
Color Run - 10/9/26
Sport-A-Rama (7th Grade) - 10/16/25
Spirit Teams Intramurals AND MORE

Treasurer duties include:

*Banking with Summit State Bank
*Using QuickBooks online to keep track of revenue and expenses
*Checking the STPC Box in the office
*Processing reimbursement checks
*Updating amounts on department and event budget lines.

STPC can send you more detailed information on what being the Treasurer looks like, and would be available to train you or your co-treasurer through the beginning of the next school year. Send us a message or comment below if you are interested.

Help us celebrate and reward all 7th and 8th-graders for their hard work during CAASPP testing. We're still collecting 2-liter bottles of root beer and half-gallon containers of vanilla ice cream for floats, to be handed out on May 8th. Please sign up if you can make a donation or help out on Friday.

Tomorrow is the Spring Dance and we could use your help to fill more parent chaperone spots. Come spend an hour and a half helping our staff sponsor a fun and safe event for our students! Chaperone sign-ups are towards the bottom of the sign-ups.

RVMS Leadership will be hosting a Y2K themed dance on Friday, March 6 after school from 2:05pm - 3:30pm.
