🏈⭐️ We want to give a special shout-out to the Santa Paula High School Lady Cardinals Flag Football team for a successful, history-making season as the school’s very first flag football team!

Although their season came to an end this past weekend in the CIF Division 3 second round, they made an unforgettable mark in the school’s history.

SPHS Parents/Guardians will be required to complete BOTH online links (SPUSD & SPHS) in order to complete registration for your students. ALL RETURNING STUDENTS (INCLUDING INCOMING 9TH GRADERS) MUST COMPLETE THESE STEPS. THIS IS NEW INFORMATION FOR THE 25/26 SCHOOL YEAR AND MUST BE COMPLETED EACH YEAR.

STEP 1: COMPLETE THE SPUSD ANNUAL UPDATE

All families will be required to complete registration online via Q/SIS system through Parent Connect: https://spusd.vcoe.org/parentconnect/

You will require a valid email address, as well as your Parent Connect User ID/PIN and password to access your student(s). If you need your USER ID/PIN, come to the school to pick up your login information. PIN & password will only be provided to the parent. Both parents/guardians listed in parent connect are required to update their information. You can also email [email protected] to request your PIN and password. Please note our office will be back open from summer break on Thursday, July 24, 2025.

Once you login to your parent connect portal, select the tab on the right hand corner that reads “Annual Update”. Complete each section. Once all items are complete, each will turn a green color and you have completed the annual update for SPUSD.

STEP 2: COMPLETE THE SANTA PAULA HIGH SCHOOL SITE RE-ENROLLEMENT
SPHS Informational items will be available for pick up on Friday, August 1, and is only for SPHS students. We have made it more convenient for you to acknowledge receipt of all forms that are required for our site, and are not included in the SPUSD online registration process.

Santa Paula High School is offering a student/parent registration night on Wednesday, August 6 from 5 pm to 7 pm in our high school cafeteria. All parents are invited to come for assistance with the annual update and SPHS forms. You will require an email address, as well as your Parent Connect User ID/PIN and password.
