The outstanding staff of Westside Baseball is directed by Mitch Miller. Mitch is currently a scout for the Kansas City Royals. He has a Masters Degree in Kinesiology. The staff consists of major league scouts, and former professional players. Clinics are designed to provide a foundation of skills in specific areas and can be held at your field for your convenience.

It’s crazy how much we’ve lowered our standards about what it means to be optimally healthy 🤦🏼‍♂️ And maybe what’s worse, when those of us who try to raise our standards back to what they were just a few generations ago, we’re labeled extremists or ‘extra’. Eat locally, move your body with intent, sleep deeply, align your circadian rhythms, and love passionately. Stop outsourcing all of these things to screens, apps, and other modern-day technologies. If you want to be healthy, raise your standards. 11/20/2023
