I’m wishing you health, safety, and enlightenment. Enlightenment? You are preceded by your ancestors. Their spirits laid their physical presence down for you in a way so that you could exist. It must be an epigenetic circumstance because I see resilience in all of us. My son is painting Larry Itliong; the impetus of the migrant farmer revolution.

This is one of my most coveted preschool teachers. She is such a wonderful teacher at my school and still comes once a week to work with the children in their literacy as well as teach Espanol.
Teacher Laura has a full-time position at Costco. She financially helps support her family here as well as in Guatemala. She lives with her grandmother and niece.
Since she lives with them, I have begged her to take leave at Costco. She has been able to secure a week of leave, but cannot financially secure any longer than that.

We are trying to help her figure out ways to find employment before she has to go back!
Obviously, this is the natural course! She’s such an effective and lovely teacher. Please share her one-on-one Spanish teaching classes via FaceTime or zoom ❤️ [email protected]

Making kits for my students so that their lives can continue some normalcy. Individual blocks of terra-cotta clay, and watercolor palettes are just a couple of things I’ve packed for them. Miss them so much and begging the universe to keep them safe and healthy. 🙏❤️ @ Santa Monica, California
