Most people approach futures trading emotionally.
That’s why they lose.
Martial arts taught me something different:
You don’t force the outcome.
You control your positioning.
Your breathing.
Your reactions.
Your risk.
The same guy who panics in a bad position on the mats is usually the same guy revenge trading after one red candle.
Trading is a discipline game more than an intelligence game.
Patience. Timing. Emotional control. Risk management.
In jiu-jitsu, one bad decision can get you submitted.
In futures trading, one emotional decision can wipe out weeks of progress.
The goal isn’t to “win every exchange.”
The goal is to stay calm enough to execute your edge consistently.
That’s the real game.
