Due to low ticket sales we are opening the event up to others. Combo 1986 reunion/Orcutt party.
$15 door cover charge. No dinner. Arrive after 8pm.
Radisson at the airport. Sept 2nd Fri.
The original reunion plans are still in effect re: dinner for those who have purchased tickets.

Why a Friday night reunion vs Saturday? Money, of course. ugh

Banquet room space: Fri: Free :) Sat: $700
Food charge: Fri: only pay for who attends. Sat: 100 person minimum=$4,000.
Deposti: Fri: $500 Sat: $1,000
Bar: either day $300 sales min--not a problem LOL

Last year, I attended the ERHS Class of 1985 reunion at this location on a Fri night. I thought: it MUST have been a mistake..a Friday night?! It wasn't until booking a location that I found, like Scott McMann, there is a HUGE price difference between the two days. Couple that with the fact that only 66 people attended that reunion: that is the student and sig other!! There was no way to guarantee that we could cover the costs for a Sat night event.

*since so few students have paid we are unable to move forward and secure a dj or photo booth. we have no cash. the deposit for the banquet is non-refundable and on my personal credit card--eekkkkk!!

REMINDER: The early bird pricing ends May 31. If you want to see this reunion be a success, please purchase tickets so the committee can move forward.
