🎉 A Sweet Sixteen to Remember!

Amid a difficult week, the TMP community also had a chance to come together in joy at the Fiestas de Santa Fe Parade, celebrating TMP’s Sweet Sixteen.

A huge shout-out to Estevan Bustos, who brought Timber to life and represented TMP with incredible energy and school spirit.

A very special thank you to Marco and Megan Rodriguez for allowing us to use your truck and trailer and for contributing supplies, work, and time to make the float possible.

And a HUGE thank you to Debra Ledford, who organized the event, gave countless hours, and went above and beyond to create such a special experience for our students and school.

To every family, student, and staff member who decorated, walked, rode, cheered, helped, and celebrated with us: thank you.

It was a wonderful moment together as a community and a special way to celebrate 16 years of TMP.

🌱 Service Learning is underway at TMP!

We are officially kicking off our strengthened Service Learning & Capstone Framework:

My Future. My Community. My Impact.

At TMP, service learning is about more than completing hours. It is about meaningful contribution, reflection, growth, and connection.

Students will participate in projects on campus and throughout the community while reflecting on what they experience, what they notice, why it matters, what they are learning about themselves, and what they may want to carry forward.

This work will grow across all four years:

9th: Discover Me
10th: Discover My Community
11th: Discover My Path
12th: Create My Impact

Our hope is that students graduate able to answer:

Who am I becoming?
What can I do?
How did I contribute?
Where am I going next?

This is the kind of learning that helps students connect who they are with the impact they can make.

❤️ Remembering Zanet Ramos

It is with deep sadness that we remember our friend, colleague, and educator, Zanet Ramos.

For more than three decades, Zanet dedicated her life to education, serving students throughout Santa Fe with extraordinary care, compassion, and joy. During her time at The MASTERS Program, she quickly became a valued member of our community, touching the lives of students and colleagues alike.

Those who knew Zanet often described her as a light in the lives of others, a source of laughter, kindness, and encouragement. We were grateful to experience those same gifts here at TMP.

Our hearts are with her husband, Brian, her daughter, Eliana, her family, friends, former students, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

May we honor Zanet's memory by carrying forward the compassion, generosity, and care she shared so freely with others. .
A Celebration of Life for Zanet will be held on Saturday, September 26, at 11:00 a.m. at Santa Fe Baptist Church, with a reception to follow.

Please continue to keep the Ramos-Benavidez family in your thoughts and prayers.

TMP, if you're headed to the 102nd Burning of Zozobra we hope it's a great night. 🔥

Old Man Gloom goes up in flames at Fort Marcy Park after dark, taking a year's worth of worries with him. Gates open at 4:00 PM.

One thing before you go: you represent TMP everywhere you are, and we know you'll do it proud. Stay with your people, look out for each other, plan for the crowds and road closures, and make choices you'll feel good about tomorrow.

Be safe, have fun, and burn the gloom. 💚

Hello Amazing Students!

TMP is celebrating our Sweet Sixteen this year, so we’re bringing a birthday cake-themed float to the Fiesta Parade! 🎂🎉

We’ll be working on the float this Friday and next Friday, and we would LOVE your help. If you’re interested, we’ll coordinate with your teachers to let you know when you can be released to help.

🎉 Parade Details
📅 When: Sunday, September 13
⏰ Arrival: 10:30 AM to help with final decorating
🎊 Parade Starts: 1:00 PM
📍 Where: Parade lineup on Paseo de Peralta, next to DeVargas Center on the Market Street side

We want TMP students representing our school, celebrating 16 years of TMP, and showing Santa Fe some of that TMP heart! ❤️

Santa Fe's biggest celebration is almost here. 🎉 The 314th Fiesta de Santa Fe runs September 5 to 13, 2026, filling the Plaza with parades, music, markets, and generations of tradition.

This year is extra special for us, because TMP is turning sixteen. We're building a Sweet 16 Fiesta float to celebrate, and we want it to come from our whole community.

Students, tell us what it should look like and how you want to be part of it. Your ideas, your school, your float. 💚

This is a student-created float. Your ideas, your creativity, your school.

We're hosting Fiesta Float Student Work Sessions to plan and build it together:
🗓️ Tuesday, August 25 · 7:30–8:45 AM
🗓️ Thursday, August 27 · 4:00–5:30 PM

Want to design, build, decorate, organize, or just be part of the fun? Come join us. You don't have to attend both sessions to take part, and more chances to work on the float will follow as we get closer to the parade.
