I am a certified Transformational Life Coach. A happy trainer and Mental Fitness coach. I discovered the personal development section in a bookstore at age 17. XO

I became fascinated with how the mind works, why people do what they do since I was a teenager. I have been learning ways to personally develop ever since. My fascination turned into a career recently. I am a certified life/health coach and happy trainer. I have personally been through plenty of obstacles and made it through. The first starting with the sudden death of my father when I was only 12

9 psychological reasons why some people are so horribly judgmental 09/05/2024

Through my personal journey, I always do my very best to learn why people do what they do. Whenever there is a consistent negative pattern happening, I do what I can to learn more behind the why. Why do so many people judge and assume? From what I can tell, it's the classic "bully" syndrome. When a person is a bully, chances are very high THEY have once been bullied themselves. It lowers their self-esteem, self-worth, etc. And when a person doesn't actively work on their mental health, their Ego naturally leads majority of their life. And the Ego, it's an emotion within all of us. It's main job is to keep us alive. NOT happy and fulfilled, just alive. Physically alive. It's black and white for the Ego, zero grey.

I wanted to share as this is one of the biggest reasons I am passionate about my life coaching. With mindful SELF awareness, there comes genuine inner-peace and happiness. IF open-minded to go down the path to emotionally heal. XO

Hello beautiful friends and family! I am in need of an easy survey from you. As you know I am a certified life coach. My business is still very much in beginning stages. One of my biggest conflicts is I want to help people, but I need to be able to afford to live as well.

My intention is to genuinely help others find inner happiness as it literally effects EACH area of our life. In today's economy many, many are on very tight budgets. Yet, they genuinely DO desire a change for the better and are committed. But often what is in their wallets slow them down significantly. I am NOT a financial coach. I am a transformational/awareness life coach. I guide people who are in the stage of moving forward from a significant trauma, particularly after divorce or losing a loved one through death. This happens AFTER professional therapy. Where a person is at least 60% healed. From there, that's where I come in helping with the next steps.

I have personal experience from once feeling broken after a divorce and losing loved ones through death. On top of that, I have learned and am learning (lifetime student) how each person's mind works. There truly is no cookie cutter solution. All that said, I truly want to help but I also need a salary where I can afford to live comfortably in California with my youngest son. IN THE MEANTIME, I came up with the idea of creating a private FB group. It'll be my way I can help people who genuinely want guidance but can't afford a full-time life coach. And of course, my private FB page would be absolutely pro-bono. After all that, this is the survey question. What category should I target (at least to begin)? Emotional Adulting 101? Moving forward after tragedy? Learning happy/healthy habits for everyday life? Thank you for your help! XO

As I was at the dentist this morning, I had time to think of totally random things, lol. It hit me that when I turn 50 in September, a good number of places do consider 50 to be "senior" and give senior discounts. Therefore, I am excited and now look FORWARD to being asked to see my ID to prove it!

WOO HOO! (See, it's all about how we look at things)

I wanted to share these numbers. Please remember, OUR emotional well-being is vital to how we live. It literally effects everything we do. Including those around us. It's just as important for people who are close to a loved one that has a mental issue or addiction to seek support. It's just as emotionally challenging for family/close friends as well. We need to always take care of ourselves.

I have heard it time and time again. People putting all their attention and emotional support on others but neglecting themselves. Please take a moment and ask yourself, how helpful would you be to those you are trying to help if YOU were in the hospital due to complications? Or worse........

Please don't neglect yourselves. You are just as vital and worthy of those your loved ones.

Signs of Repressed Childhood Trauma in Adulthood 07/18/2024

Hello everyone! I wanted to simply put this article here for anyone to read on their own. A lot of us have these symptoms, some much stronger than others. Hyper-vigilance, moodiness, anxiety, anger, etc. More likely than not when people have these ongoing symptoms its due to unresolved trauma either as an adult or when as a child.

Remember knowledge is NOT power. APPLIED knowledge is power. 🫶

Signs of Repressed Childhood Trauma in Adulthood Childhood trauma can occur due to abandonment, physical or sexual abuse, and more—but unresolved trauma can lead adults to repress these memories.
