At ZTAG, we make learning irresistibly fun, active, and inclusive for everyone.

Sometimes the best testimony is the simplest one.

"The reason why I like ZTAG is that it's all about teamwork and it's really fun to play!"

That's it. That's the whole point. šŸ’›
Underneath the running and the laughing, kids are learning to work together, to include each other, to be part of something. They just feel the fun — and the teamwork comes with it.
Moments like these are why we do what we do.

Students at Caliber Schools: Change Makers Academy locked in—moving, thinking, and working together through Pattern Match.

It’s not just a game.
It’s collaboration in motion.
It’s active learning you can actually see.

Every move is a decision.
Every match is teamwork.
Every moment—fully engaged.

Because when learning gets kids on their feet…
connection, focus, and participation follow.

Meet a Playmaker.

ā€œZTAG is a universal language on my campus. There’s no language barrier, no age gap, no tech hesitation. The moment the game starts—kids and adults just connect instantly and speak the language of play.ā€

In Fall River Elementary School, Ella—an after-school teacher turned ZTAG playmaker—found something powerful in the way play brings people together.

She sees it as a shared language.
A space where connection happens naturally—no instructions needed.

Now, she’s leading engaging after-school sessions where students of all ages and backgrounds jump in together—no hesitation, just participation.

And the shift is real.

Kids who once stayed on the sidelines?
They’re stepping in, joining the game, and connecting with others.

Because when play becomes the common ground—
Everyone understands where they belong.

Playmakers don’t lead from the front.
They guide from within the experience.

Spencer Alonso and Marco Davis from Beardsley School District are bringing a whole new energy to after-school.

Their goal? Get kids off screens, moving, connecting, and actually excited to be there.

ā€œZTAG helped us… it’s such a creative way using technology to get our kids running around, engaged, involved—wanting to play, wanting to be in program… chasing each other, playing zombies… even doing the educational portion like math. Either way, they’re out there having fun and fully engaged. It’s become something that’s asked for in our program.ā€

That’s what a ā€œhot ticketā€ looks like. šŸŽŸļø

What an incredible day at Elk Grove High School! šŸŽ‰

Hosted by the California AfterSchool Network, we had the privilege of training more than 100 afterschool educators through an immersive ZTAG Play Day experience.

After learning how to operate the system, teachers immediately jumped into hands-on practice alongside kids and families from the community — and the energy was amazing!

From teamwork and movement to laughter and connection, everyone experienced firsthand how play can bring learning and community together. Seeing educators build confidence while having fun interacting with students and families made the day truly special.

Thank you to all the teachers, kids, families, and partners who made this event such a success. We’re excited to see ZTAG continue making an impact in afterschool programs and communities across California!

It's one of those moments that just makes your day — a visitor in a full suit, laughing like a kid, all in on a round of ZTAG with the students. No hesitation. No warm-up.
That's the joy ZTAG unlocks. Inclusivity doesn't get more real than this.

This is engagement you don’t have to force.

Not sitting on the sidelines.
Not watching from a screen.

Running. Laughing. Connecting.
Moving with purpose. Playing with intention.

Behind every session:
33+ million face-to-face interactions
600+ million steps taken

And more importantly—
āœ”ļø Students choosing to participate
āœ”ļø Energy that sustains attention
āœ”ļø Meaningful peer connection
āœ”ļø Movement that supports learning

This isn’t just play.
It’s engagement you can see, feel, and measure.

Now imagine this in your program.
