In 2025, Hidaya Foundation installed 1,131 water hand pumps on behalf of our donors in Pakistan and Bangladesh, distributed over 50,000 liters of water daily via water tanker to serve over 100,000 people in Pakistan, and installed 40 community water stations and restrooms, and 75 water wells in Pakistan. In 2025, Hidaya Foudnation arranged for 3,330 examinations and treatments for 262 patients in Pakistan, supported medical clinics in Gaza, Palestine, and supported a mental health clinic in San Francisco, USA via our Medical Assistance project.

In 2025, Hidaya Foundation sacrificed 3,261 goats and 336 oxen and distributed the meat to benefit over 60,000 families in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Zimbabwe. Among the sacrifices, 142 goats were sacrificed as Aqiqah on behalf of donors.

In 2025, Hidaya Foundation shipped 29 containers (40 ft) with donated goods to benefit the poor in Pakistan, including those affected by floods. Some material was also given for refugees and struggling families in Northern California.

In 2025, via Hidaya Foundation's Job Skills Training Project:
-Educated over 4,000 youth daily in government level educations as well as life skills and job training courses in Pakistan
-Trained 610 women in sewing in Pakistan
-Trained over 650 students in Computer and IT skills in Pakistan, Bangladesh
-Trained 18 young adults in various trades in Zimbabwe
