all right, my love I just gave myself the most glorious birthday gift I’ve ever done for myself. I took myself to Tulum for a week. It was so hard to be honest with you not to feel guilty about it, but I decided that I fu***ng deserved it and so I did it

but I woke up on my Birthday Sunday and I had the biggest epiphany. My entire life I have been called too much not enough too ambitious too aggressive. I have been the one in Family and systems that say hell no not on my watch.

For those of you out there who feel like the black sheep. You feel like you don’t belong here. You feel like you ache to go home because this place makes no literal sense. We literally live in the upside down world.

I wanna give you a little reframe that might just change your entire life. Are you ready??

The irony of it all is that all the white sheep ball deep down wish they had the courage to be the black sheep. Do you have the courage and the strength and the grit and the resilience to stand for something that really matters.

And it is born from this jealousy that the systematic gaslighting, abuse, manipulation, and complete teardown of a person’s self-worth originates from.
