Thank you for celebrating KBZ Architects Associate, Jason Conner! Here he is with his wife, Renae, and their three daughters.

We asked KBZ Architects Associate Jason Conner which projects he most enjoys working on:

"The West Campus Center at Santa Barbara City College remains one of my favorite projects. It was the first project I worked on at KBZ, and I had the opportunity to be involved from the early conceptual stages through construction and completion. Having attended Santa Barbara City College myself, it was especially rewarding to be part of the team creating a new facility that would benefit future students and faculty."

This month, we're proud to celebrate Jason Conner, Associate at KBZ Architects.

Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Jason developed an interest in architecture at an early age through a love of drawing and building with Legos.

Encouraged by his parents to pursue architecture as a career, he took drafting classes in high school before studying architectural drafting at Santa Barbara City College. He later earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2007.

The ATC is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing spaces to adapt alongside evolving technologies and educational needs. Every aspect of the design is focused on creating an environment where students can learn, create, and explore new opportunities.
