Join us at 7pm for an interactive Latin Jazz Workshop with Carlos Ordiano, exploring the rhythms, language, and musical foundations at the heart of Latin jazz.

We’ll dig into clave, percussion patterns, mambo, cha-cha-cha, bolero, samba and more — with plenty of opportunities to play, listen, ask questions, and experience the music firsthand.

Bring an instrument, your voice, or simply your curiosity. All levels are welcome, including complete beginners.

No guided meditation—just an intimate space filled with piano, didgeridoo, flutes, trumpet, and other acoustic instruments, inviting you to slow down, breathe, journal, pray, stretch, or simply listen.

Together we’ll explore the grooves, listening skills, and improvisational ideas that bring Afro-Cuban and Latin jazz to life in an engaging, supportive environment. Bring your instrument if you play one—or simply come ready to listen, learn, and experience the music from the inside.

The Sanctuary Studio is an intimate space where musicians of all levels can grow, connect, and deepen their understanding of the jazz tradition through shared musical experience. Spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
